Avanti Racing Team’s Taylor Gunman took out the Oceania Road Championships yesterday in Toowoomba.
The 23 year old Kiwi did everything right over the 140km race after first making the early break and then biding his time, saving energy for the finale where he stole away and built a 20 second lead to win solo in front of Drapac’s Jordyn Kerby.

Fraser Gough 2nd U23
Fraser Gough ended a great championships for the team collecting 2nd in the U23 championships race held in conjunction with the elite championship. Fraser finished 13th overall in the main bunch with teammates Jason Christie, Tom Davison, Neil Van Der Ploeg, Pat Shaw and Ben Dyball.

The win is the result of a lot of hard work and a growing belief in his ability and signals a big year a head for Gunman and the team.
Where to start. Amazing what a small amount of belief from @AvantiRacing and myself can do. Our support equals our results.
